Not much convincing needed, the games are fun to play and should be played primarily for enjoyment as they have limited affect on your business except for when you recruit PRM who purchase T-credits to play the games and win great prizes.
Fact is you don't want to pressure your PSA to spend excessive time on the games because it takes time away from promoting their business. The games do build certain skills like powers of observation, learning other cultures, and growing your knowledge of history and interesting facts, but the small amount of Versa points and MRP are not going to build a successful business if not combined with promotion and sponsoring.
TripleClicks sales must take place for any of it to pay anything, and your team must build a team to achieve their full potential, those two task need to be what you try to convince your PSA and CSA to focus on.
