When I get a new affiliate. The welcome letter I send has the following:

1.Welcome them to SFI and my Team.

2.My email address, phone number and home address

3.I let them know where to begin: START SFI BASICS LAUNCHPAD

4.The To-Do List

5.Most important let them know that you will be glad to help them with what ever problem they are having.

6.I let them know that I look forward to working with them.

I don't want to overwhelmed them with a lot of information in my first message to them. SFI has an example of a letter on this page:
