This is a common question and most people when they say 'build their downlines' they mean increasing the number of affiliates on their books.
Some of the ways you can help your affiliates do this are by:
1. Pointing out to them where they can purchase PSAs either SFI direct or ECA and any special deals going. You will need to be alert to these deals.
2. Teach them about advertising - online and offline - free and paid advertising - how to run advertising campaigns - how to write ads - tracking ads etc..
3. Promotional methods such as blogs and websites
4. Pointing out to them products on TripleClicks eg website visits etc..
5. Running recruiting co-ops yourself
6. Running competitions among your team regarding say the 'top recruiter of the month' and give them a nice prize.
7. Encouraging members participation with the Price Bender Auctions and the games.
These are only some of the ways, but I believe that the quickest way to build the number of affiliates in your downline - if you have the money - is to purchase PSAs for your 1st generation and reassigning them to you Team Leader movers.
