The first contact with your new sign-up is very critical in setting the tone and motivating your PSAs.
I personally like to chat with them, while they are still online, working on their registration process.
When we get the SFI notification of a new PSAs, if we react quickly, we may have the opportunity to find them online and use the SFI IM to communicate with them and make them aware of a upcoming email message to welcome them and provide them with tips on how to start on the right foot and go on to be successful SFI stars.
I personally have three or four drafts available in my folders, ready for the first meaningful message with my news PSAs.

III. How to Execute the Plan
The Plan execution requires sponsoring and selling
1. If you want your SFI Business to be on autopilot, you will need to work to develop 10 active, Smart, Go-Getter Team Leaders. They will strive to climb the ranks. You collect the Actions points and the commissions. and you qualify every month..
2. Your goal should be sponsoring and teaching duplication to those ten active Team Leaders. Take them to the level of Diamond Team Leader.
Repeat the process. Never stop and be complacent, thinking you have now everything under control
3. You can make money in your first month with SFI. All you need to do is invite your Family members, your friends, your co-workers, your business associates and everybody else you come to contact with. Tell them about SFI. Just ask them to check it out. If they join and do the same things you are doing, you will make money.
4. Make sure you get your Standing Order (so) placed and processed. Ask your team members (those who accepted your invitation to join SFI) to do the same.

(ii). Read "SFI Basics"
(iii). Read your first "Launchpad" Lesson
(iv). Work your "red tabs" below
(v). Do as much as you can of the "Getting Started" actions.
You may want to get the New Member Pack (NMP) as soon as you can and within your first ten days with SFI.
