Great question. What I am doing is telling my team to find people with computer access to help them grow their business. Not just new sign-ups, but students, retirees, family members and even facebook friends! Anyone you know with internet access. You can explain what you are building and the business model. Ask them for help. Most friends and family will help. They can learn about SFI without signing up and when they see what you are doing and that it is a fun easy way to make money, they will ASK YOU to become a member.
It's called "Proxy Training". Offer them free hands on, one on one income training on the internet. Give them simple tasks like earning the 10VP everyday by logging on and clicking the red tabs and fulfilling to do lists. You focus on the bigger picture, i.e. setting up a standing order of 1500VP. Drafting emails for your team, etc. When your proxy team members are online they can send your team emails and more. Eventually, you can offer them small commissions or just make them a team member.
If these Proxy team members decide to join, they will already know all the basics. You can offer them CSAs and more incentives to join. They will then know and appreciate the meaning of it all.
