The first thing to know is that computers are not the only way of accessing SFI programme. With modern technology one can use cellphone, tablet etc with android system to log into SFI website and carry out any required activity like is done using computer.
Those with little access to computer can use devices with android systems to complement the use of computers which could be used by lending/borrowing from friends or public service points.
