Do they have a smart phone, tablet? You can do it on that! I did for four months before I had serious access to a permanent internet connection.
As for helping my affiliates with limited access to a computer...I communicate better via email, text, blog, instant messaging, social media of any form so if my affiliates can't communicate well that way I won't be able to help them very well as I'm not a 'talker'. Just the suggestion of talking on a phone takes all the words out of my mouth and mind never mind what a video call would do.
