To overcome your shyness, start discussing the daily activities you do
with your close friends or family members. Take this as a practice when you need to talk to a stranger in a later stage, it will help.
Be free and open minded.
Nothing to fear. Just listen to your favorite actor or a political leader in your country, their speech, their mannerisms etc.
Get inspired by those leaders you love. Just practice slowly to be like that. They are also humans like you. All are equal in this world.
Please keep this in mind. Slowly please come out of the shell. See how the country leaders act, strive to the betterment of the country.
See how much they are thriving, striving hard, for long hours, see the scientists, see the sports celebrities, see the great leaders in this world in various streams, get motivated.
Please read the threads at the SFI forum. Learn things slowly. Become knowledgeable. That stuff will give you courage.
Nothing to fear. Nothing wrong. Keep practising. Automatically gradually you'll overcome.
In this world no one is superior or inferior. No one is born leaders.
As far as internet knowledge is concerned, no one has expertise in everything. You might be good in so many things. I might be lacking in those areas. This SFI business does not require much of internet knowledge. That too you can learn from your friends or family members. Or take a short term course.
Here in SFI you're not going to interact with people directly. Mostly thru internet or mobile. Prior to talking to them, just do some home work. What are the key points to be discussed. Practice in front of a mirror or with your friend or family member. Get it corrected. Just treat even strangers as your friends, everything will be very
smooth and easy. Keep yourself free and enjoy. Do some breathing exercise to release stress. Don't be nervous. Be cool.
