I have learned in over 20 years in this industry that you can't judge who will be your winner. Most of the time those you think will, won't and those you thing won't, will. If you do not speak their language then why not sponsor someone who does so you can reach a market you can't reach.
Also think about SFI, it is a multi-depth business. You must learn to drive depth in your business. So this person with limited computer experience or doesn't speak a lot of English just might know someone or be related to someone who is a computer guru, or speaks great English. You never know. That person may just be the one that floods your business.
So give everyone the opportunity to step up and do what they can as well as help others in the process.
