It's a good thing if the affiliate lets you know that he is going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work, then you can give your personal advice and offer to help find a solution.
You can advice your affiliate to give himself/herself a chance to succeed by reading and learning more about increasing the number of PSAs and CSAs in his/her team, by reassigning more PSAs, or adding your affiliate to your Co-op, and monitoring his/her progress.
Teach about duplication, and provide free leads to advertising for PRMs and customers to increase sales.
That nothing happens until there's sales/purchases.

It's also a good idea to review with your Affiliate the SFI Rules of Success, that building a successful SFI business takes perseverance, hard work and commitment.
That you will be with him/her in the journey while you follow The Plan, and together you'll find success.
