What is your expectation in the first month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years down the line?
What is your goal?
Getting all the positive and negative responses,then you can focus on the positive responses first to make him reduce his negative perceptions on the business.
Tell him, "Rome was not build in a day" "Success does not come a clip of the thumbs like magic" " Business takes time to grow like sowing a seed. Choose a good seed(good strategy), put into the soil,(media to promote your business) it germinates(may take days, weeks, or months)(depends on the media you use). It grows and put fertilisers(investment)to make it grows and produce fruits(result of investment and hard works. Follow the business mechanisms as provided by SFI- use all the necessary tools to grow your business. If you have tried all that,(making an effort) and still no result, then you can happily quit. SFI is not your business. But again, you can tell him, "Why there millionaires in SFI? Millionaires are not born but created.
Talk about the attractive Compensation Plan and Benefits and the various ways income can ve created. What about having a huge team which create residual income for him? until 12 generations? Money is there in SFI. You need to dig deeper and deeper to reach the diamond.Persistence,consistence, focus and dtermination are the keys to success. Read over and over again on Rules of Success and he will be motivated!
