To me both are valuable and good for your business. If you have active PSAs and you are also spending on advertisements you can reach to higher level quickly. If just having PSAs and doing means we may not expect to develop our business in future. Why because we can't estimate or predict the human mindset how they do in future? They may continue or quit. So, if you are going to do the advertisement also you can continuously have growth in your business.
