Their are a lot of people out their that have these issues; and you know what, that is ok.
I too have a slight case of shyness have a hard time speaking with people face to face.
That is why Im on the net because I don't have to be face to face and I don't have to talk on the phone with people.

use e-mail, messaging, team letters, even with online chat there is no face to face.
most of the stuff on the net is typing.
Then as you are working your business push yourself out of your comfort zone and start doing those thing that you are having problems with.
For getting internet experience there are all kinds of free
( How to use the internet) You tube is a great place to start.
So no worries even us shy people can succeed on the internet.
