For sure is it worthwhile. Otherwise is kind of discrimination. English and internet experience are skills, which can be learned with the support of Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. I had a friend in my team, who didn't know how to make blog for example. Step by step he learned everything regarding internet. So, language it's not a barrier. On the site there is a translator. On Google is translator too. People, who don't know English or are with limited internet experience often are great communicators or do serious face-to-face business. If they aren't they can learn, but only if they want. So, Sponsor's and Co-sponsor's job is to teach everything they know to the team. It's like rising a baby or a flower if you prefer. But once again, this happens only if someone is sure SFI can benefit him toward his/her dream and wants to work toward achievement. And one more thing - SFI is Global.
