Regarding people with limited English, have a look at some of the top performers in SFI. Many of them come from countries where English is not the primary language. I suspect therefore that not all of them speak a lot of English.
TIP 1: When sponsoring people with little English, have a look and see what their primary languages are. If possible group people with the same language and reassign them to one of your active team leaders with the same language.
TIP2: When communicating with these people, use an online translator. They are not perfect but they can help.
TIP3: Let your affiliates know about Google Translator at the bottom of each of the SFI pages. They just need to select their preferred language and within a moment the whole page is translated.
Regarding those with limited computer/internet experience, just have a read of the many testimonials from people who are doing well in SFI who started off with no or limited computer/internet experience.
So long as they have the passion for the business and the willingness to learn, becoming computer/internet savvy will happen as they grow in the business. Be patient with them.
