To help a PSA get off on the right start I highly recommend that you review the affiliate's profile with them. Be sure to ask clarifying questions as well as new questions about different aspects of the affiliates profile. This is effective because it shows your affiliate that you are in touch with their experience level and you are willing to guide them based on where they are. Building rapport goes a long ways to building an effective and active affiliate. Involvement is the key so don't leave your PSAs to their whits - guide them. Remember always to work with anyone that is willing to reach out to you and turn none of the others away because they delay action.
