I feel the profile can give you some idea if the affiliate filled in all the information, but I can tell you that my profile is filled in completely but if my sponsor relied on that to help me she would not have been able to do so. My sponsor got to know me through e-mails, chat and even Facebook. I am now doing the same thing with my affiliates.
I say hallo and chat to them whenever they are on line - give tem the opportunity to talk to me in real time and ask questions. When they send me an e-mail I answer it as quickly as possible. I tell them about myself to show them I am "open" to them and in doing so encourage them to tell me about themselves.
You need to find out why they joined SFI in the 1st place. One example: To improve my standard of living does not tell the whole story.
Just DO NOT fake interest - you will do more harm to your business than good. Be honest, be genuine and you will get the information you need to be an awesome sponsor.
