I think it is very easy for a sponsor/team leader to identify in their affiliates the skills that could help them become stars in SFI by observing their performance in the 1st month. The sponsor can on regular basis keep a track of their affiliates Versa Point Ledger, which gives an overview of the tasks that a particular affiliate is completing each day. Whether he/she has completed the initial tasks like whitelisting the email IDs, uploading their photographs, completing their LaunchPad lessons, completing their daily, weekly and intermediate actions or not. By going through their profiles, the sponsor can come to know quite a lot about their skills whether they have had any exposure in sales, advertising, etc. and accordingly can guide and support their affiliates and encourage and motivate them to inculcate the skills which they lack. We all know that stars are not born as stars, it is the hard work, will power, ambition, and farsightedness that can help people to succeed and become stars.
