How you advise, interact & encourage your Affiliates will determine whether or not they become stars, & how quickly they do so.
Some may not immediately. I read somewhere on here that one PSA had an affiliate that did absolutely nothing but sign-in for the first 2 or 3 years (just enough to not have their account closed). The all of a sudden, they realized what they were tapping into & became Platinum Team Leader in a matter of a couple of months! Even the inactive affiliates have the potential to become a star. Never, ever give up on them.
