To identify their skills, go through their profiles and also check what they are doing.
Remember, you can't identify something that you don't know. First and foremost is to know which skill/s are needed that could help your affiliates become stars in SFI. You must also have a knowledge and/or vision on how are they going to use that/those skill/s to make them to be stars in SFI.
The main skills that are needed are selling, recruiting and leading. But because SFI is too broad, some affiliates also uses games, auctions bidding, etc to be stars.
To be able to identify the skills, you need to know the skills needed and how to use them to be a star in SFI. After identifying them, point out to your affiliates and start helping them in a right direction.
