You can use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI by examining it carefully.
There are many things that you may examine. This are the main three things to examine:
1. Why did he/she join SFI.
2. What does he/she likes.
3. What is he/she good at.
You can use No.2 and No.3 to help him/her to achieve No.1.
When the PSA is doing what he/she is good at and what he/she likes, the PSA will enjoy what he/she is doing and he/she will get motivated and want to do more. By doing more of it, he/she will be successful in SFI.
