I have more than one thousand PSA's and only seven are active. From these seven you can immediately identify their common skills that I believe made them a star in SFI.
This skills are what I am also looking for from my new affiliates.
1. Recruiting Skills - They know how to find affiliates- They are aggressive in recruiting affiliates online and offline. They know how to do internet marketing. When you check the genealogy using the filter "sponsor's ID", and plug in their ID, immediately you see that they have affiliates under them.
2. Coaching and mentoring skills - aside from having affiliates in their early stage, you will also receive questions related to duplication. They will usually pass on to you questions from their own affiliates.
3. Communication Skills - they are sending messages, chatting with his affiliates and giving tips and instruction to his affiliates. Persuading and encouraging them.
4. Online Transaction Skill - They at least know how to transact online. Like have buying online
