There are two main ways to identify skills that your affiliate has:
1) Read your affiliate's profile. It will contain information of what he or she currently knows about network and affiliate marketing.
2) Talk or write to your affiliate. Not only does this help you learn more about his or her other knowledges, abilities, talents, and skills, but it also builds the bonds you will need in order to train him or her.
