I personally like your topic, because as affiliates we all are here for same reason.
I think that is great decision to help learn from affiliates who have their own business, vs those just starting. Then it will be easier to assist them.
I like to do this because it also shows you who completed their profile. You can also leave a tip for the new affiliates.
