Sharon it might be worthwhile, but, would be really time consuming - depending of course, on how many PSAs you sponsor each month. If you are sponsoring just a couple it would be good and should help you make more impact on your PSA..
However, if you are buying PSAs in larger numbers, I think it would be best to wait to see who logs in and then write to them personalized mail based on their profiles. :)
