To conclude, I would advise new PSAs to take their times to learn and know SFI business thoroughly to avoid over expectation and disappointment. Make your way up the ladder and you will experience the climbing up steps as each step up, you can fill heavier and heavier. Start with EA and EA2. As long as you can maintain EA2(minimum) you are considered on the way to success as you gradually build up your business.
