Show your affiliates you are serious about building your SFI business and encourage them to do the same. Explain exactly how you got to the position you are in, and tell them how you can help them to get to the same position.
With your help and guidance you should be able to encourage your affiliates to follow your example and start making money for themselves and also for you.
Early in their SFI career you will need to explain to them the need to have a standing order for 1500VP. Once they have this commitment then you can offer them any extra help they need.
