YES.Every single one of our PSAs are our direct team and to sponsor them we must treat them as individuals and not just numbers. People like to be recognised and appreciated so a new affiliate will feel that he/she is in the right place when they have signed up and know nothing about the system but opening their email and seeing your personalised welcome letter is very helpful i say this because when i joined SFI and the next day i log in to my email account and my sponsor had sent me this beautiful welcome e-card with personalised notes it motivated me to know that this is areal business and there are real people out there trying to build and grow this business. Am now three months old with SFI and my sponsor still sends me personalised notes.
