In my opinion, the best you can do is influence your affiliates to become serious about the business, but there really is no 100% guarantee they'll ever get serious.
You could, and definitely should, show your affiliates how much you are dedicated to your business yourself. Show them your persistence and your own determination and make sure they understand that these qualities are necessary in order to succeed in any business, and therefore in SFI as well. Show them how much you love what you do. Show them you didn't succeed by pure luck, but with hard work and smart investments of your time and money. Hopefully, they will copy your pattern of behavior.
But be prepared to often be disappointed, because some affiliates will never get serious business builders no matter what you do. It doesn't make you a bad sponsor. Actually, it has nothing to do with you. Its a matter of human nature. Some people quit before they even start. Some quit halfway to success. Some quit, and this is probably the most devastating phenomena, just when they are about to achieve something big, and you never see it coming, because they seem very serious about the business.
So, do your best to influence your affiliates to become serious business builders in SFI, and the best way to do it is to lead by example. On the other hand, don't feel bad if some of your affiliates never get serious. Not everyone can recognize the unique opportunity that SFI offers.
