I feel the first thing they should do is check their inbox with SFI. I have noticed on the genealogy report that most do not know they have an inbox with SFI. I have had several that have gone to become an EA and still did not check their inbox. You also would be surprised that they have no idea where to find it. I had a person when I left him a message on IM to check his inbox he sent me a message asking me where to find it.
Since I have found this out, last month I had 30 CSA's become EA. That was the first time ever. Since February, so far, I have had 4 CSA's become EA's and 3 become EA2's and this is just the beginning of the month. When checking to see if they found their inbox just go to their ledger and under the intermediate it will say something like new member viewed the welcome letter but if they didn't then this would not be displayed.
