Members usually start out with high expectations, and don't always realize how much concentrated effort it really takes to be successful. They have to accept that it will take a continued effort of reading and doing, following the system as laid out, and going beyond that to find new recruits and encourage them to maintain EA status. Any business whether online, or offline will require a certain amount of your own money to get going and be productive, before it earns you a living. More time and effort is required to actually make a big profit. I would encourage them to keep on working at it, learn more about supporting the recruits you have, and advertise your business everywhere you can.
