3. However, there are a few pre-conditions one has to meet before opening an ECA Store. These are highlighted below:-
a)The affiliate should be ready & willing to take the sole added responsibility;
b) The T-connect page of ECA is to be regularly updated & maintained in an attractive manner.
c) The iems ordered should be delivered in a specified & promised time with proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit!
d) Rules & policies of TC/SFI and its business should be followed strictly by the ECA owner.
e) He must ensure that all his advertised products are available and not out of stock . Out of stock items should be immediately removed from the ‘virtual’ shelf.
f) An ECA store owner can lose his ECA license or even his membership in SFI/TC, if he fails to be honest or does not maintain the TC standards. Triple- clicks has the right to close his store for any disciplinary reasons.
g) A bit of retail online experience would go a long way in him running his ECA store in TC.
