The amazing thing about this system that is set up with SFI is that if a person is either directed by you or self motivated you can become pretty excited from the starting gate. So those that have that right from the start, realize, as they see all the free stuff coming at them, that this is a pretty good opportunity and will strive for success.
The problem is that most people are not self motivated or there is a language problem so they are not getting the value that is in front of them. Therefore it is up to you to lead by example. Your badges should be an example as well as your own personal stories of success and enthusiasm should be going down to them letting them know of all the benefits that are there's if they become an EA. It is not about you in this exchange it is about them, if it comes across any other way then you have lost the meaning of teamwork and team building, we don't break each others backs climbing to the top we outstretch our hands and help them up!
