I too am having trouble recruiting only serious affiliates.
Many sign up to have a look, but don't like to do the work.
Others don't understand the work.
I think it is important that we make sure they know from the start that this is not a get-rich quick scheme. It is like any other form of employment - it takes time & energy to make it pay off.
Guide them, encourage them, & hope for the best.
