1. on how to manage them,you make away to challenge them, to inspire them about what benefits that thy've got if they continue what they have start here in SFI.I said 'benefits' because benefits in one job is the first reason that we are looking for, not only for what we have earned but what we've got if we can help others specially a new affiliates who are interested to reach their dreams and goal in life.
2.by using the genealogy, CSA mailer and PSA mailer you can show support by showing them and teaching them about strategies on how to earn more vp as they can go for the next step of rank.
