Right from the start Affiliates are given activities to do. If they do these activities it usually will lead to exploration. If not then as their Sponsor, it would be a good idea to let them know the path that you have taken and to lead by example. You can give them direction and try to excite them with your own experiences, but inevitably they are the ones that will get the fire under them, and start their journey
