It is a good question anyway.
SFI is a business platform where you are the boss of your own business. In any business, you will have wide ideas where you will expand your business by opening new branches and franchises and here we go, "how do we manage?".
First, you will have very active down line who are either on EA or EA2 Status. Then the growth, as you deliver them what you have learned, the wings will grow further. These EA2s shall grow as Team Leaders and you may assign some tasks to them where you concentrate and manage your immediate down line to make a strong move.
Second, you create a data base where all the details of your down lines can update. Make a plan, to meet and greet each and every one, and make a hotline email where they may need your immediate help and this can be attended very shortly.
Third, make a filter system in your genealogy and monitor this frequently. Here you can plan and play an active role controlling your whole team without having any difficulty.
Forth, Make a special Social Networking Page where you ask your down line to join you and make each and every communication, development, growth, training etc share and discuss.
Fifth, Keep an email data base, maintained by your own files and use this as for general communication since the broadcasting message through genealogy needs approval from the management and it may delay or rejected if it is not the standard set by SFI.
Sixth, You may give your Cell Number (if you are so comfortable) to your active down lines and make them contact you fearless as and when they need sponsor's help.
