SFI's compensation is very powerful. Let your affiliates know that first. Secondly, make sure they really understand the actions that really determine their income on here which mainly are duplication and generating tripleclick sales and NOT just gathering versapoints!
Thirdly, congratulate them for their first set of commissions and let them know that if they have earned a commission at all no matter how little. Then it translates that they are on the right track and there's room for improvement. Then get them to focus on the things I mentioned in paragraph 2 above.
Ultimately, offer then support, motivation and assistance both when asked for it and on your own. Offer them incentives for hard work. It's your driving spirit as their team leader, sponsor or co-sponsor that keeps them going.
