Recruiting new affiliates is one of the major tools in becoming a better team leader, your commitment and your dedicated time to your downline is also a way out to eager them to do more. Recruiting is easy, but having serious once is another bargain.Most people do not know how SFI general works, besides that for them being able to create time to read outside you teaching them is another thing they have to practice. You also have to help them out with income if it demand, I once fall in such shoe in my first month in SFI. Sincerely speaking, if not that my team leader has to assist me by doing my standing order, I would have fell off track, but I am glad today, I never gave up and with his support I made it through. He also had the mind to help me, because I applied much more efforts, to the extend I was the one who introduced him to FORUM, I already got my GURU badge before he new about forum in general. With my commitment and dedication of time he noticed in me, he has to invest in me. Now I am happy, and glad I have him a sponsor.All the same, some major things that backslide most people in SFI from the beginning are, finances, time creating for themselves to learn things outside their sponsors directives. Also, have it in mind that, those who really wish to be SERIOUS will definitely be.
