It's important to read and learn the Training information to help you make your team stronger.
Your job as a team leader is to give information about SFI as:
1) SFI is a real working internet business. Not a "get rich quick scheme"
2) Give prospective PSA an opportunity to become a business owner.
3) There is no investment to join.

5) SFI is owning a business that you must work daily and learn by doing these actions:
a) Watch The "Start" video
b) Read "Basics"
c) Read and Answer "Launchpad"
d) Doing the To-Do List daily
e) New working affiliates receive products and a paycheck from the first day joining, learning and working. It will be slower with no investment, but this is an option. The sky is the limit!
f) Making a small investment within 10 days puts them on the "Fast Track"

6) Some turn offs for many new or prospective affiliates are:
a) 'Network Marketing"
This is just another word for advertising. Even owning a brick & mortar business means having to advertise being open or specials, etc. SFI is no different.
Posting for new Affiliates or showing specials that are on TripleClicks is "Marketing" or advertising.
b) "Multilevel Business"
Multilevel is how you receive your paycheck. If you work hard you will receive a bigger paycheck and benefits.
Many people say, "I'm not going to work for someone else to become profitable!"
But every company works on the multilevel system for a paycheck.
For example:
I) If you are a teller in a bank or a sales person at a store, you receive a paycheck on what you do.
II) The Manager, President, Owner and/or Stock Holders receives a bigger check from the profits you have helped make.
III) Each person receives a percentage of the profits on the business, this is called Multilevel.
