Well in my opinion what I would do to try and scope my recruitment campaigns so that I can cast my net to attract more serious affiliates would be as follow :
Be open minded and frank to let them know upfront that although SFI is free to Join it is certainly a real legit Global Business and in order to really succeed like in all business to get results you need to not only put in your fair share of time , money and other resources and to TREAT IT as a REal BUSINESS and that it is definitely not a get rich overnight scheme where money comes in without doing anything or very little .
Be UP Front and manage their expectations and once you come across the more potentially serious ones then you work with them closely and support them and grow your T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Achieves More) but at the same time don't neglect the rest for sometimes people are late bloomers and may suddenly one day become very committed and serious after months or even years like the undersigned .
Like a conscientious bodybuilder if you wanna get real results you have to seriously put in the requisite time , money , resources and allow it to grow .
