I lead affiliates by example and by promoting team building, ECA sales, and encouraging them to purchase items from triple clicks that they would normally purchase elsewhere.
I also encourage affiliates to have a standing order and to develop their own advertising strategy for PSA's, CSA's, PRM's and additional businesses who may want to become ECA's themselves.
Also, I do not ask my affiliates to do anything that I am not willing to do myself.
Lastly, I provide incentive rewards to my affiliates who become first time EA's with a bonus they can use to purchase their own WAVE 3 membership.
