I haven't built a large, active downline yet, but I've watched how others manage theirs. Here are some ways you can easily manage your team, regardless of how many members you have:
1. Use your mailing list.
Either through your Genealogy, or set up a separate mailing list of your own and ask your team to sign up. Your most active members will sign up in a heartbeat!
2. Make use of your blog!
A blog is critical for business success. Your team can ask you specific questions and you can post a Q&A blog for them.
3. Use video and Google Hangouts
This is a really popular method today. And it works extremely well for team leaders who have affiliates all over the world in different times zones. The hangouts stream live on YouTube and stay published on YouTube for members who aren't able to attend the live event.
4. Make sure your team members follow you on Twitter and Facebook. You can set up a separate Facebook Group for just your team so they're getting more personalized help from you.
I believe if you use any one or all of these resources, you'll be managing your downline efficiently and effectively.
