How do you manage a large, active downline? Well for starters I do have a fairly large downline, and what I is, go to the tab "to do list" and click on PSAs (because I send out email once a week to PSAs and CSAs) however, I do them separately.
I would write the pertinent information to my CSAs, and don't think that you must give all the information about SFI, sometimes just saying hello and tell them what doing is enough!
If you want to personalize attention (I guess this would be most to the workers), then do it once or twice a week by send a short email through the team email I found this to be very effective. Or you can always send an E-card now and then, as this is also quick and easy to keep in touch often.
