Hallo, you know SFI Rule: Work with workers. I believe managing an active downline Team is less hard than managing an inactive Team. A Sponsor knows exactly People who are active and have understood the methods and rules about this business. These People you need only to thank them with nice words, Gift Cards, TC, reasignment of good PSAs etc., as you can and, continue motivating them now and then to continue their good work.
