I think letting the potential recruits know the following might help you;
1. In SFI everyone should be prepared to INVEST, mostly TIME & to a lesser extend money, but they have to know that money is not exclusive.
2. They should be AVID READERS and be ready to LEARN something new everyday. SFI provides a manual on how you can navigate in the business. So you have to be a learner.
3. Everyone in SFI should also train to be a GOOD TEACHER. You will go nowhere without a team. To build a team one should be able to impart SFI knowledge to their downline & DUPLICATE.
4. Generally one also needs to be PATIENT, PERSISTENT, COMMITTED and alot more to see their SFI bring fruit.
5. SFI Affiliates need to be CREATIVE. Yes we have lots of tools within SFI, but sometimes we have to come up with something different to suite particular targetted potential affiliates.
6.SELF MOTIVATION & DISCIPLINE is also necessary. Remember you have no boss to answer to. Every Affiliate is their own boss. Therefore, one should be able to drive themselves to do the work.
I am sure when you tell every potential affiliate this, you will see the "SERIOUS ONES" coming on board and sticking around.
OF COURSE ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TELL THEM THE BENEFITS OF THEIR HARD WORK!!!
