how do you manage a large, active downline and how do you personalize attention for everyone?
Well as an entrepreneur, this is like owning a conglomerate business i.e chains of companies spread across the globe like SFI, google, fb etc. I knew how those media began and how they have spread. I under study their leadership style to maintain such success thus sharing with you. How are they coping and managing their workers? This is like managing your business success and everyone in it.
So how do you handle your large and active downline? Well you have to dig deep too in carrying their weight. A leader who wants to carry the world must have depth. Great insight into the business, leadership, relationship with co workers. You must have depth. You must be deep as their leader. No one wants to follow a shallow leader. We want well informed, capable, intellectual and strong leader. You have to put the above in place first to lead them aright.
Secondly. You have to train your leaders. You will definitely have them since they are active. Look for the PTL, GTL, STL amidst them and reassign your other PSAs to them to manage for you. This is call The Spirit Of Delegation in Leadership. SFI commends such sponsors as awesome. I do it for my active PSAs and i receive such from my sponsor too for being active. Delegate. Reassign and inform those reassigned PSAs why you had to do it and how they still matter to you. This will sustain their activeness
Thirdly, just like in the business world that you call for board meetings of your leaders to enhance them of your vision and mission, so you do the same through your genealogy group mailer, telling them of how they mean to you and how you care of their welfare and business and your dream and vision for the team.
Fourthly, recognize their efforts, praise them, appreciate them and reward them and let them know. Put it on your Stream post for them to see. They will be more motivated and will appreciate your effort. Be there for them when they need your help.
if you do these, not only will you manage them, you will also win their hearts and they will forever be your active PSAs and downliners.
