To ensure you only recruit serious affiliates, you need to either concentrate on recruiting in person, or, if recruiting online, start using your ads as filters rather than magnets.
- If you use the SFI banners, point them towards a blog or web page, which is set up to filter out freebie-seekers before sending them to your gateway.
- Use the Join My Team gateway. It talks about working on building a business.
- Make sure you use the word 'WORK' when describing how to build a business in SFI.
- Offer to help your recruits build their business using matching incentives. This could be an offer to reassign 1 PSA for each one they personally recruit in their 30 days, or to refund 50% of the price of an S-Builder unit, or a matching gift certificate if they buy the NMP in the first 10 days, or something along those lines.
- Say that your time is valuable, and you only spend it helping people who are willing to put in the time and effort to help themselves.
No matter how hard you try, you will still end up with a few people who don't take the opportunity seriously. But you will know by their actions (or lack thereof) who they are, and you can then focus your attention on those who do take it seriously.
