In all honesty, even when you have your ideal targeting for your prospects, you will still have people that do not stay the course. Oftentimes, people can have a burning desire to succeed but lack all of the skills needed to progress and likewise, people can have the skills but not have the desire to stay the course. In both of those scenarios, you are unfortunately barking up the wrong tree!
The best thing I can tell you to do about getting serious affiliates is to be serious yourself. Set the expectation and give your PSAs a duplicable plan for success. Never sugar coat the truth and always be consistent in your message, marketing, and your support. Let your PSAs know that they need to follow the leader. Success comes before work only in the dictionary. It will take work to be effective, efficient, and to make good money at anything worthwhile. You need to have an operating budget that you can live with to grow your business. Use all of the free advertising you can. Tell them to devote all the time that they can into their business as often as they can. Finally, provide all of the support you can by improving on yourself and your leadership skills.
