At this point in time I would assume that you personally do not have a large active down-line. Well neither do I so I am in the same boat as you are right now.
I am the kind of person who thinks too much about doing things that hasn’t happened yet. I guess I am always trying to be ready if something does happen. The thought of having a really large team of active affiliates has had me a bit concerned in the past.
But the beauty of SFI and TripleClicks home based business is that it is not a get rich quick system therefor I know that by the time my team has grown as big as you may be indicating I will already be trained in how to manage my huge team.
As your team gets larger over the year or years you will be ending up with Team Leaders on your front line. You know what? Those team leaders will be taking care of their own personal teams and you will not have to be concerned about it.
That is the fantastic rewards of duplication you are a team leader with a few team leaders on your front line. You are taking care of your “leaders” while they are taking care of their personal groups. Therefor your entire team is being managed.
With the personalization needed only when you are contacted directly by others in your group.
In other words when your team is has grown too large for you to give personal help to everyone then you put your effort in only helping those who are contacting you. Everyone in your group that contacts you needs your personal reply.
You will have to be polite but brief and stick to the quickest answers which can include directing them to their Team Leader sponsor or to a link in the SFI training.
I have learned to look at it this way – with the training I am getting from the forum and ASK SC I know that without a doubt by the time my team is that big I will be more than qualified to handle the magnitude of it all.
You will learn as I; that you will cross that bridge when you get there, and the path to that bridge has already been laid by those who went before us so let us at this time stick to following the well laid yellow brick road to our empire.
